How we work

Most agencies stop at the introduction. We stay through the shoot, the edit and the final file. This is what that looks like in practice.

1. The brief

You bring the scope, the timeline and where the work will run. We come back with a direction and the artist we would put on it — not a list of everyone available, but the one we would defend. If the fit is wrong, we say so at this stage rather than after a contract.

2. Terms before the shoot

Fee, usage and licence period are agreed and written down before anyone is booked. You know what you are buying and the artist knows what they are giving. Extending usage later is a conversation with a number attached, not a dispute.

3. Production

Permits, crew, casting and locations are arranged by the same person who took your brief, working with the allied studio closest to the shoot. You do not get passed to an account team, and the artist does not get passed to a production company we have never worked with.

4. Delivery

Edit, grade and retouch are part of the commission, not a line item added afterwards. Files arrive in the formats your channels actually need — not one master for you to crop yourself.

5. Afterwards

The work goes into our archive. When a campaign needs a second life, or another brand wants a frame we already shot, it can be licensed again on terms agreed with the artist — credited and paid each time. Nothing leaves the archive without that conversation.
